Taylor will run the diagnostic on cases submitted by attendees in advance or live working them in front of the room. Focus will include: Where’s the leverage? What’s missing?

Which expert is the wrong expert? What’s the cross that nobody’s developed yet?

What’s the case actually worth?

By the end of this workshop, attendees will leave with:

1. A diagnosed case file with marked-up weaknesses and missed leverage points

2. A repair plan covering experts, discovery, damages theory, and case theme

3. The Ernst 10-question diagnostic to run on every future TBI intake

4. A defensible revaluation of what their case is actually worth

5. Identification of which defense expert is coming, and which cross hasn’t been built

6. The specific Monday-morning move that unsticks the case
