In 2019, I was worn down by the leverage the insurance industry had over me and my clients - the leverage of time, money, uncertainty, and the stigma of filing a lawsuit. Too often, we were evaluating cases inside a system built by the defense, relying on insurance-driven software and risk models that dictated value before a jury ever had a voice.
I decided to find out what the truth actually was.
Not what insurance companies predicted juries would do - but what real jurors actually believe.
Over the past seven years, we’ve conducted extensive jury research and focus group testing to determine:
Using structured data collection and AI-driven analysis, we transformed those insights into practical strategy.
The results were measurable and transformative. By leveraging juror truth instead of insurance pressure, we increased our average case value by 150%, reduced client acquisition costs, built a loyal client and research community, expanded from one office to ten, grew from five attorneys to thirty-five, and increased firm revenue by 700%.
What we discovered is simple: we were undervaluing cases by living in the insurance matrix. When we stepped outside it and began leveraging verified jury truth, everything changed.
This session will show you how to do the same - for your clients, your courtroom reputation, and your bottom line.
