ONOMATOPOEIA —The Sound of The Case Before The “BAM” & After The “ OUCH”—Focussing on the Soundtrack of the Case to Crystallize Liability & To Enhance Damages

Sounds in the courtroom can carry or limit an argument or a position. The tone of voice, the cadence of speaking, the crying out of a trapped passenger at a crash scene or the silence created from aircraft engine failure. What the judge and Jury “hear” & what they “listen to“ and what they perceive they have just heard or listened to in the courtroom can turn a case upside down. In this session, we will discuss the tactics, strategies, and methodologies necessary to bring forth the soundtrack of the case, which will help you obtain victory for your clients.
