How did the lawyer explore and explain the medical, the financial and economic loss, and the past and future pain and suffering? How did the lawyer deal with opposing experts - both substantively and through collateral attack? And how did the lawyer set the stage for the final argument? Real-life examples from hundreds of trials will be offered.
